We have an exciting new opportunity for an Equine Client Services Manager to lead our busy Equine front of house teams. Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager, the ECSM is an essential member of the RVC Equine Management Team with a key focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and delivery of a first-class service to both hospital and practice clients, referring veterinary surgeons and key stake holders internally and externally. The Client Services Manager will lead and have overall responsibility for the 'front of house' teams across all RVC Equine practices and the referral hospital. The successful applicant will be passionate about delivering first class customer service, be process driven and an effective change leader. The role will work closely with the Clinical Operations Manager and the RVC Equine Management Team, to ensure that RVC Equine hospital and practices perform to the highest possible clinical and professional standards. This post would suit a detail orientated team leader, with extensive experience in equine veterinary support services or practice management. The ability to identify areas for process improvement from data capture and structure appropriate procedural change is essential. You will be a proficient communicator with a positive, enthusiastic approach to leadership, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
