Overview
A typical day for a Pharmacist involves dispensing medications, delivering services, managing the pharmacy team, and ensuring excellent patient care. You will conduct contractual and enhanced services while following company SOPs and GPhC guidelines, report to the Pharmacy Practice Manager, and support the successful delivery of agreed KRAs by reviewing performance and engaging with colleagues for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
* Dispense medications and provide clinical and pharmacy services to patients.
* Deliver contractual and enhanced NHS and private services in accordance with GPhC standards.
* Support delivery of KPIs and KRAs by reviewing performance and engaging with team members.
* Work collaboratively with in‑store, regional and home‑office teams for clinical and service queries.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and receive regular feedback and business updates.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC.
* Accredited to deliver national and local NHS services and private healthcare services.
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and strong leadership skill set.
* Driven and ambitious to ensure pharmacy meets business targets.

* Valid GPhC registration.
* Evidence of right to work in the UK.
* Relevant safeguarding qualifications.
* Completion of DBS check and enrolment in the live update service.
* Proof of qualifications and identity through appropriate documentation.
