Are you passionate about delivering complex digital transformation across major programmes within Defence, Security or Justice?
Our client is growing it's Technology & Transformation practice and are looking for consultants with experience in digital delivery, programme transformation and stakeholder engagement within secure environments.
What you’ll do:
* Support the design and delivery of major programmes
* Drive digital and operating model transformation
* Contribute to governance, PMO, risk and performance management
* Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders
* Support business development and proposition growth
* Experience working in a digital delivery environment
* Industry experience within Defence & Security
* Experience delivering projects within large programmes, either in-sector or within consulting/professional services
* Commercial awareness in project delivery (e.g. supply chain risk, controls, incentives)
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present at all organisational levels
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and creative thinking skills
* Experience working in multi-disciplinary and fast-paced environments
* High levels of personal motivation and drive
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
