What you’ll be doing
Your day-to-day will be dynamic, purposeful and full of opportunities to grow. Key responsibilities include:
* Reviewing documentation for completeness, accuracy and data integrity
* Partnering with sourcing and operations to implement supplier quality requirements
* Maintaining and improving our Quality Management System into a best-in-class framework
* Leading CAPA, change control and non-conformance processes
* Measuring the success of quality initiatives and driving continuous improvement
* Guiding teams with expert advice on quality culture and best practices
* Delivering engaging training sessions on quality processes and mindset
* Providing expert guidance on validation strategy, scope and execution
What you bring
We’re looking for someone who’s not just qualified - but driven, detail-oriented and ready to make a difference.
* Minimum three years’ experience in medical devices, pharma or a similarly regulated industry
* Proven success in a Quality Assurance role
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* Clear, confident communicator - written and verbal
* Ability to meet deadlines, agile with priorities
* Self-motivated and collaborative
