Job Description

HR Administration

3. Managing all new starter administration, including contracts, offer letters, onboarding documentation and right-to-work checks
4. Coordinating induction processes and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed
5. Processing leavers, including exit documentation and system updates
6. Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
7. Supporting payroll with relevant employee data changes
8. Assisting with HR reporting and general administrative duties

Recruitment Administration

9. Posting job adverts and managing job board activity
10. Screening applications and coordinating interviews
11. Preparing offer paperwork and supporting the onboarding process
12. Acting as a first point of contact for candidate queries
13. Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR and Recruitment Assistant should have:

14. Previous experience in an HR or recruitment administration role
15. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
16. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
17. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
18. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
19. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
