Admin Support Ref: V297 Based in Leeds The role involves: - Stock Control/Replenishment and associated paperwork. Assist with deliveries ensuring they match the order, marking up stock to jobs. Speaking to engineers, customers, answering e-mail/ phone queries Inputting data on to the Companys database Asset collation Logging Reactive service calls Timesheets General admin duties Greeting visitors Provide a premium service to customers at all times. Always working to safe health and safety practices Inclusion in the Companys out of hours call out rota. Key experience/qualifications: Must be skilled in the use of MS Office 365 (Word/Excel/Outlook/Share Point) 2 years administration experience desired Ideally have a Business Administration qualification.
