About the Role: As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for delivering real-time integrated operational plans across multiple factories. Your role includes ensuring labour, produce, packaging, equipment, and transport are optimally utilised to achieve maximum yield and cost efficiency. Managing daily operations, analysing variances, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to meet our high standards of quality and on-time delivery will be your key focus.
