Repair and replace damaged body components on various vehicles
Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition following manufacturer standards
Assess vehicle damage and determine the most effective repair methods
Communicate effectively with MET and Paint technicians to ensure quality standards are met
Use specialist body repair equipment in a modern workshop setting
Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety compliance
Ensure accurate job documentation and completion within designated timeframes
Contribute to a positive team environment through effective collaborationRequirements:
Extensive experience working as a Panel Beater, with a proven track record of quality repairs
NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent, or substantial time-served experience
ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and team working capabilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry
Flexible approach to working hours and task requirements
