Stafforce Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
Work safely at all times, following site procedures and completing risk assessments prior to tasks
Ensure all electrical and mechanical systems remain compliant with relevant standards
Respond to breakdowns and faults quickly and effectively (both electrical and mechanical)
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities
Undertake electrical installation work as required
Utilise site systems and data to manage electrical and control systems
Support and liaise with third-party contractors on-site
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the businessWhat We're Looking For
Recognised apprenticeship in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Multi-skilled experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong fault-finding ability (mechanical and/or electrical)
Experience or knowledge of PLCs and control systems (preferred)
Good IT skills and ability to use maintenance systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
