Are you an experienced and inspirational school leader with a passion for supporting children with SEN?
We are seeking a dedicated Headteacher to lead a well-established SEN School, providing high-quality education and therapeutic support to 40 students.

As Headteacher, you will:
* Provide strategic leadership across primary and secondary phases.
* Inspire and motivate staff, students, and the wider community.
* Lead the school’s therapeutic approach, ensuring children’s emotional wellbeing is at the heart of practice.
* Drive continuous improvement, maintaining high standards of education and care.
* Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to nurture an inclusive and supportive culture.
We are looking for a leader who has:
* Proven leadership experience within primary and secondary specialist settings specifically SEMH or ASC.
* Strong understanding of SEMH, Autism, and trauma-informed approaches.
* The ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on school management.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and aspirational environment for both staff and pupils.
