UK Client Relations Specialist

Role Overview

HYTORC is looking for an ambitious, career‑minded individual to take on the Customer Relationship Specialist role. The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a key role in developing, managing, and growing HYTORC UK’s customer base through proactive outreach, opportunity generation, and CRM‑based activity management. The role focuses on sales growth, service opportunity development, and strengthening brand presence through consistent engagement and lead generation initiatives.


Skills & Experience

* Strong computer skills - workplace experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must)
* Customer orientated mentality
* Ability to identify client needs and provide suitable business solutions.
* Ability to operate different computer applications
* Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; effective listener
* Good grammar, voice, and diction / polished phone skills
* Excellent time management and organizational expertise; ability to multitask and prioritize workload
* Can work independently in a fast‑paced environment
* Able to present a professional image at all times to customers, prospects and co‑workers
* Enjoys helping others: friendly, passionate, and eager to succeed


Sales and Opportunity Development

* Conduct proactive outbound calls (minimum average of 20 per day) and emails (minimum average of 20 per day) to prospects, leads, and existing customers.
* Generate new business through Service, Sales, Hire, and Training channels.
* Collaborate with Territory Managers, Area Managers, and the PEG Team to qualify and advance warm or hot leads.
* Maintain accurate CRM tracking for all lead progress and communications.


Service Opportunity Generation

* Maintain a Monthly Master Equipment Calibration List using Smart View reports from Insphire, merging data from the Aberdeen and Cramlington depots.
* Create a Monthly Excel Service Campaign List for customer recalibrations and first‑time calibrations (since sold) for upload into CRM by the Line Manager.
* Generate 6–8 new service opportunities per week.
* Achieve a monthly / quarterly / annual service revenue target as outlined in KPIs / Objectives.
* Respond promptly to service inquiries and ensure follow‑up after customer interactions.
* Collaborate with the Line Manager and UK Service Manager to coordinate monthly and ad‑hoc service campaigns.


Sales, Rental, and Training Opportunity Generation

* Create at least two new sales, rental, or training opportunities per month (annual goal: 24+).
* Achieve a minimum annual revenue from these activities as outlined in KPIs / Objectives.
* Work with the Sales and Technical Teams to establish rental, sales, trade‑in, and training campaigns that support opportunity generation.


Lead Generation and Data Mining

* Conduct monthly research to identify at least five new potential customers or facilities using online and industry sources.
* Record all new leads in CRM and provide a monthly summary report to the Line Manager.
* Create and maintain targeted marketing lists to support outreach and campaign initiatives.


Customer Relationship and Support

* Perform courtesy calls to customers following purchases, rentals, or services.
* Manage inbound leads from Live Chat, Formstack, and RFQ emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Record inbound inquiries in the Excel tracking template, conducting monthly ERP checks to confirm order receipt and progress.
* Update the tracking spreadsheet with relevant order numbers and values as required.


Brand and Social Media Engagement

* Connect with at least 10 existing or potential customers daily on LinkedIn.
* Invite 50 people weekly to follow or like the HYTORC UK LinkedIn page.
* Post or share content at least three times per week (adhering to company policies) and track engagement on a monthly basis.


Market Research and Competitor Monitoring

* Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and product offerings.
* Provide monthly insights and recommendations on market and industry trends to the Line Manager.


Reporting and Administration

* Maintain complete and accurate CRM records of all sales and service activities.
* Update eSpatial Mapping for customers and potential customers.
* Submit monthly performance reports (calls, emails, leads, and revenue metrics).
* Support management with ad‑hoc projects and internal initiatives as required.
