Gilpin Spice is a bold, beautiful, and buzzing restaurant inspired by the flavours of the Spice Trail – from India to Malaysia, Thailand to Japan. Set within the stunning grounds of Gilpin Hotel & Lake House, our Michelin recommended open-kitchen theatre and vibrant interiors create a truly immersive dining experience.
We’re looking for a charismatic, attentive, and energetic Waiter to join our award-winning team. You’ll be the face of Gilpin Spice, delivering exceptional service with warmth, flair, and precision.
🍽 Your Role as Waiter:
1. Welcomes guests with genuine hospitality and a smile that sparkles.
2. Guides guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm.
3. Delivers food and drinks with an efficiency and elegance, to enhance the guest journey.
4. Collaborates with chefs and colleagues to ensure seamless service.
5. Maintains impeccable standards of presentation and etiquette.
6. Contributes to a culture of excellence, learning, and genuine care.
7. Upholds the highest standards of etiquette, presentation, and professionalism.

Salary: from £25,480 to £27,560
Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.
