 
        
        We’re looking for an accomplished senior marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution for two flagship B2B exhibitions and a thriving digital community.
Reporting directly to the Director, this leadership role is central to shaping brand narratives, driving audience growth, and delivering measurable results.
You’ll lead a team of three, overseeing campaign strategy, brand positioning, content, and digital marketing.
What You’ll Do
 * Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, PR, and partnerships
 * Drive audience acquisition and engagement for exhibitions and online communities
 * Analyse campaign performance and optimise for maximum ROI
 * Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently
 * Protect and elevate brand positioning across all channels
 * Champion innovation — introducing new tools, channels, and AI‑led initiatives
 * Lead, mentor, and motivate a small but high‑performing marketing team
 * Collaborate on conference strategy, content, and speaker engagement
 * Support commercial teams with sponsor and partner marketing
 * Build and manage strategic media and industry partnerships
