Electrical Engineer (Social Housing) - Bristol
Base pay range: £38,784 - £42,038 base salary, with up to £70,000 OTE. Location: Bristol & surrounding areas.

Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to work within social housing properties across Bristol. Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
* Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and upgrades.
* Work in compliance with BS 7671 and all electrical safety standards.
* Deliver a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to tenants.
* Maintain accurate job records and documentation.
* Ensure safe working practices across all tasks.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Level 2 / Level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification (essential).
* AM2 qualification (essential).
* Experience working in social housing, domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing (preferred).
* Full UK driving licence.
* Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations.
Desirable Qualifications
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
* Additional electrical certifications or specialist courses.
