We are looking for 2x Infrastructure and Operations Engineers to join a collaborative IT team based on‑site in Cove Bay. This role involves managing, maintaining, and supporting IT Infrastructure across multiple locations, ensuring robust, secure, and efficient operations.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Managing and supporting servers, networking, storage, telephony, and client hardware.
* Ensuring security compliance through patching, monitoring, and remediation.
* Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure issues, providing hands‑on engineering support.
* Maintaining accurate documentation, inventories, and licensing records.
* Collaborating with IT colleagues and business users to deliver excellent service.
* Participating in IT projects, continuity planning, and provide out‑of‑hours support on a rota basis.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Degree in IT or equivalent experience desirable.
* Around 10+ years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure role.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Desktop, Microsoft 365, storage systems, and systems management tools.
* Experience with networking, virtualisation, and cloud platforms is desirable.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
