Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor
Sunday-Thursday | 5pm-2am£36,000 per year
Ready to take the lead in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for a motivated Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our night operations and keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing
As our Night Shift Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our warehouse operation. Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership
* Supervising night staff and organising shift rotas
* Arranging holiday/absence cover
* Training and developing staff in line with company processes
* Ensuring new starters and agency staff receive full inductions and legal briefings
* Motivating the team to hit productivity targets and minimise picking errors
Operational Excellence
* Accurate order picking of ambient, frozen, and chilled goods
* Performing pallet checks and stock checks
* Checking goods inwards when needed
* Using Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely
* Maintaining clean, tidy working areas
* Monitoring critical control points (HACCP)
Logistics & Loading
* Briefing drivers on any load issues
* Moving lorries onto the loading bay
* Loading pallets onto correct vehicles ahead of delivery
Compliance & Safety
* Following all management instructions and company procedures
* Ensuring the safety of yourself and others
* Reporting any warehouse non-conformances
* Carrying out pre-operational MHE checks

Desired Experience
* MHE Certification (preferred but not essential)
