Morgan Philips are delighted to be exclusively representing a growing HR consultancy in the search for an experienced HR Consultant to join their high-performing team.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for a confident and commercially minded HR professional who enjoys working in a client-facing environment. The role offers broad exposure across the HR lifecycle, with a particular emphasis on delivering high-quality, pragmatic advice and managing complex employee relations matters.
The Role
1. Deliver a professional, outsourced HR service to a varied portfolio of clients
2. Act as a trusted HR advisor to business owners, directors and senior leaders
3. Independently manage and advise on complex ER matters including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, redundancies and TUPE
4. Provide generalist HR support across performance management, engagement, change, and talent issues
5. Prepare and maintain HR documentation including contracts, policies, procedures and handbooks
6. Attend client sites regularly, acting as an embedded HR advisor where required
7. Support recruitment, onboarding and wider people initiatives for clients
8. Contribute to business development activity, client proposals and presentations
