Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction and retention levels. Ensure compliance with manufacturer, company, and warranty standards and processes. Manage staffing, recruitment, training, appraisals, and team development. Develop and control service marketing activities, aftersales campaigns, and promotions. Monitor performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting to senior management as required. Handle customer complaints and manage goodwill budgets appropriately. Maintain a clean, professional, and compliant working environment. Requirements for Service Manager Proven experience in a Service Manager or Aftersales leadership role (automotive preferred). Strong people management and leadership skills. Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance targets. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of manufacturer standards, warranty, and goodwill processes. Flexible approach to working hours and business needs.
