Responsibilities
* Oversee the daily operations and strategic development of care services.
* Lead and support the care team, including recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management.
* Ensure staffing levels meet service demands and maintain continuity of care.
* Promote business growth through proactive problem-solving and service innovation.
* Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and uphold high standards of care delivery.
* Monitor and improve service quality through audits, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, brokerage teams, and other stakeholders.
* Safeguard the wellbeing of clients by ensuring person-centred care and adherence to safeguarding protocols.
Qualifications
* Minimum level 5 NVQ
* Experience of growing a new service
* Experience of working with the following service bands: Learning Disabilities, Autism, Diabetes, Down's Syndrome, Epilepsy HCPA
