Responsibilities
* Hands-on role owning the full hiring lifecycle and building positive partnerships with Hiring Managers.
* Work on mid management and below appointments for clients located throughout the UK, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for hiring managers and candidates alike.
* Manage expectations and communicate effectively with the team and wider business; stay organised and focused when faced with deadlines.
* Take ownership in a small team environment; bring proactive and positive energy.
