As the Fleet Product and Change Manager, you will lead the transformation of fleet service design with innovative solutions. Your role involves spearheading technological advancements to achieve excellent fleet outcomes and ensuring operational efficiency across all solutions. You will shape fleet strategy, promote the company's ESG-first approach to fleet management, and implement change management strategies to foster continuous improvement.
What will I be doing?
* Driving the transformation of fleet service design using structured techniques and innovative solutions, especially in the alternative vehicle space
* Leading the development and integration of technological solutions to achieve outstanding fleet outcomes across vehicle and driver disciplines
* Managing and optimising the fleet data structure to provide actionable insights on performance and environmental impact
* Implementing effective change management strategies to promote continuous improvement
* Leading and representing the AA's ESG-first approach to fleet management internally and externally
* Demonstrating adaptability and emotional intelligence to achieve impactful outcomes and foster positive relationships
* Influencing fleet strategy with impactful insights and recommendations
* Utilising professional knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence in fleet management
* Proactively identifying and addressing risks, issues, and opportunities within fleet operations to support continuous improvement
* Ensuring compliance and effectiveness of fleet service design components across all customer solutions
