At Healthwatch Norfolk, we listen to the experiences of residents to help shape and improve local health and social care services.
We are looking for someone with experience of project management and research including project planning, qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and report writing. You will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, well organised with excellent communication skills and happy to engage with the public. You need to be aware that the work may include hearing about people’s difficult and emotional experiences for which supervision and support is available.
You will be based at our offices in Wymondham but some home working is also possible. You will be expected to travel for research or to attend meetings in Norfolk so you must have access to your own transport.
Please visit our website for further details and to download an application form. Completed application forms (not CVs) should be sent by midday on Monday 27th October 2025. Interviews will take place at our offices in Wymondham on Wednesday 5th November 2025.
Applications will only be accepted when submitted by email, using the application form. No agencies please.
