We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management: Address enquiries, complaints, and disputes professionally.
- Property Inspections and Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections, oversee repairs, and organise check-ins/check-outs
- Legal Compliance: Stay up-to-date and ensure properties comply with property regulations and safety standards.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- CRM and Organisational Skills: Learn and master all our CRM systems to track tasks, create detailed reports, and use tools to their full capacity.
- Inbox Management: Organise emails to ensure no enquiries are missed, and clients are promptly responded to.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports with KPIs and achievements; report to the Head of Property Management.
- Snagging and Handover: Attend snagging and handover appointments for new-build properties.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors and oversee quality of work.
- Emergency Response: Handle urgent property issues promptly.
-Asses check ins and check outs for deposit returns
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Fast learner
- High level of spoken and written english
- Relevant property management qualifications (e.g., ARLA, RICS) are a plus.
