Lead the design and development of our equipment for the food industry. You will play a key role in shaping our product portfolio, ensuring technical excellence, and driving innovation to meet industry standards and customer requirements.

1. Lead the design of our food process equipment for the full range of products
2. Develop the Baker Perkins equipment range through continuous improvement and new equipment development projects
3. Generate all associated engineering
