About the Role
Were looking for an enthusiastic and analytical SEO Executive to help drive organic performance across our family of online brands. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, youll play a key role in improving visibility, traffic, and conversion across multiple websites, ensuring our Commerce stores rank strongly and consistently in search.
This is a hands-on role that spans technical SEO, on-page optimisation, link building and content optimisation. Youll work closely with colleagues across marketing, eCommerce and creative services to identify opportunities, monitor performance and implement improvements that support the companys wider growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
On-page & Content SEO
Conduct keyword research and AI-powered mapping to inform optimisation strategies.
Optimise website content, metadata and internal linking for maximum visibility and engagement, for both search engines and LLMs.
Collaborate with content writers and generative AI tools to ensure all new and existing content is SEO-optimised and commercially relevant.
Monitor on-page performance and make recommendations based on keyword trends and analytics data.
Technical SEO
Regularly audit websites for crawl issues, broken links, site speed, mobile usability and indexation.
Liaise with the ecommerce team to implement technical SEO fixes within Magento environments.
An understanding of XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, canonical structures and schema markup.
Monitor and report on-site health using tools such as Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
Link Building & Off-page SEO
Develop and manage link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority.
Identify partnership, PR, and outreach opportunities that enhance brand visibility and referral traffic.
Track backlinks, disavow harmful links where necessary and ensure compliance with SEO best practice.
Performance Tracking & Trend Analysis
Analyse organic performance across multiple sites, identifying patterns, opportunities and risks.
Produce regular SEO performance reports for the Marketing Manager and senior stakeholders.
Stay ahead of algorithm changes and AI-driven search evolution to ensure the business remains competitive in both traditional and AI search ecosystems.
Use data insights to guide tactical and strategic recommendations.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
2+ years experience in an SEO-focused role (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO best practices.
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics (GA4).
Experience using or collaborating within Magento / Adobe Commerce or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage priorities across multiple websites and brands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
