Vertu BMW Motorrad Shipley are recruiting for a Branch Manager to join our successful team. This is a unique opportunity to join our team leading the way with Motorcycles and help support BMW Motorrad. BMW owns a prestigious position within the motorcycle community, solidified with over 90 years of history and tradition in technology, style and racing victories. We are offering a competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 with an OTE up to £70,000 plus a range of company benefits.
Responsibilities
* As a Branch Manager, you will be accountable for all aspects of the sites you manage, fostering manufacturer relationships, introducing marketing strategies to improve performance, controlling finance and cost control and people management.
* You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure everyone goes home safe at the end of each day.
* Lead the team to achieve business objectives and deliver customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry; ready to take the next step up. Training and coaching will be provided to assist in making the transition. Applications from Branch Manager/General Manager applicants are welcome.
* Passionate about motorcycles or experience working with them is preferred but not essential.
* Experience in a main dealership management role; ability to demonstrate increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency; proven CSI track record.
* Strong leadership and people management skills; strong communication and organisational skills; alignment with company values.
