As an Account Manager, you will take ownership of client relationships and revenue growth across one of their key portfolios. Duties and responsibilities A hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving new business, nurturing existing accounts and supporting long-term growth plans. Manage and grow a portfolio of advertising and sponsorship clients Lead new business development prospecting and outreach Develop strategic business development plans to exceed annual sales targets of £200k Collaborate cross functionally with editorial and events teams to shape commercial opportunities Attend and represent the brand at key sector events and exhibitions Contribute to long-term strategy, including team recruitment supportLooking for: Proven track record in B2B sales - managing the full sales process. Experience within media or publishing is preferred but not essential. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal. Motivated and hungry to drive sales and growth. An understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools. Proactive and independent workload managementThis is a unique opportunity for someone with a background in sales who is eager to learn and develop.
