Screen and shortlist candidates before employers interview them. Meet targets for the number of vacancies taken or the number of people placed into jobs. Key Responsibilities Discuss jobs with candidates Email and follow up candidates and clients for BD Advertise jobs on social media sites Manage the website (jobs and updates).
