We're looking for an Assistant Administrator to support the Office Manager of our Water Technical Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join our small onsite team and utilise their skills using your own initiative. You'll be working on a variety of tasks and be a key support to our professional and friendly team based across various office across the UK. The site at Albourne where you will be based has a small team of approximately 11.
Duties Include :
• Invoicing and admin assistance with general office duties including filing, post, report typing, setting up project codes, processing weekly timesheets/expenses forms and processing supplier invoices.
• Supporting project teams with admin duties, car hire, travel arrangements
• Assist with Health and Safety procedures
• Assist with the Integrated Management System document
You will receive training and support from the Administration team and wider Water Technical Team. We're an accredited training provider and we support learning and development for everyone.
