Job Summary
An experienced GP to join our clinical team. A hardworking, friendly and skilled professional who can offer a minimum of 6 sessions per week. The role involves autonomous practice, delivering clinical care while complying with GMS contract and GMC standards.
Responsibilities
* Provide surgery, telephone, video, e‑consultations, home visits, and other duties as per the practice timetable.
* Make autonomous clinical decisions for presenting problems.
* Assess health care needs of patients with undiagnosed problems.
* Screen for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
* Develop care plans in line with practice protocols.
* Provide counselling and health education.
* Admit or discharge patients and refer to other providers.
* Maintain clear consultation notes to agreed standards.
* Collect data for audit purposes.
* Generate prescriptions according to formulary.
* Adhere to all normal duties of a GP in primary care.
