Business Development Executive
Location: Nuneaton (Hybrid) | Salary: £28,000-£32,000 + Commission

What you'll be doing:
* Driving new business opportunities within the construction and renewables space
* Building relationships with developers, architects and contractors
* Managing and developing a strong sales pipeline
* Supporting projects from initial enquiry through to tender stage
What we're looking for:
* Experience in business development, sales or account management
* Background in construction, HVAC, M&E, engineering or renewables (ideal)
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Experience in sales operations or pipeline management is a big plus
* Someone proactive, driven and confident opening doors – if you have worked in construction sales this will feel like a natural next step
