Health Care Assistant – Chester Le Street (DH2, DH3)
Responsibilities
* Promote independence, caring for our service users in their own home.
* Encourage our service users to be actively involved in all aspects of their day‑to‑day care.
* Accompany service users to appointments and assist them in accessing their local community.
* Prepare meals and snacks to help sustain service users' nutritional needs.
* Tidy service users' homes, assist with basic domestic care tasks, ensuring their home environment is an enjoyable, safe space.
* Assist in personal care tasks, from bathing to pad changes and incontinence care.

* Clear Enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references.
