The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role involves managing 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching projects, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The role supports clients across all media globally. It demands high competency in managing and multitasking projects with varying deadlines and requirements. Effective planning, understanding project timelines, proactive organization, maintaining records, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Regular updates to team leaders and managers are expected to ensure smooth workflow and quality assurance.
Accountabilities
1. Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
2. Develop positive, proactive relationships within the team.
3. Understand client challenges to gauge priorities.
4. Contribute to team strategy and planning discussions.
5. Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
6. Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
7. Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review processes, and production workflows.
8. Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, and monitor job statuses daily.
9. Keep team members informed about project statuses.
10. Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
11. Maintain attention to detail to ensure brief accuracy and quality.
12. Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available for timely delivery.
13. Act as the communication link between the Image team and other departments.
14. Manage account systems, including raising PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
15. Ensure estimates are approved before work begins.
16. Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
Skills
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. An interest in CG or photography is beneficial. Willingness to learn software used by the team to better understand workflows is advantageous. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanor.
