About The Role
We are seeking an UK Client Success Partner with deep banking sector connections and the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders at global banks (HQ or key presence in UK/EMEA). This role requires a hybrid skill set: strong commercial acumen to drive sales, coupled with the ability to understand and articulate AI solutions to clients' innovation, data, and IT teams.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* A proven network in UK/EMEA banking (especially credit, risk, or innovation teams).
* Experience bridging business and technology, selling or managing tech solutions (AI, data platforms, or fintech).
* Comfort discussing AI use cases (e.g., document automation, credit decisioning) with technical and non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing
Banking Sector Engagement & Relationship Building
* Leverage existing networks in UK/EMEA banking to identify and engage key stakeholders (e.g., Heads of Credit, Innovation Leads, CDOs/CTOs).
* Build trusted partnerships with clients’ business and tech teams, aligning OneNexus AI solutions to their strategic and operational challenges.
* Act as a liaison between client innovation/tech teams and Nexus technical teams to drive adoption and expansion.
Technical Solution Selling & Account Growth
* Translate technical AI capabilities into tangible banking use cases (e.g., loan processing automation, risk analytics).
* Collaborate with clients’ innovation labs or digital transformation teams to pilot and scale AI solutions.
* Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding clients’ tech roadmaps and pain points.
AI & Industry Expertise
* Maintain working knowledge of AI/ML applications in banking (e.g., NLP, document intelligence) to credibly engage tech stakeholders.
* Stay ahead of banking tech trends (e.g., open banking, regulatory tech) to position OneNexus as a strategic partner.
* Represent Nexus at banking tech forums, innovation events, and industry conferences.
Collaboration & Remote Team Coordination
* Work closely with Nexus AI engineers and product teams to tailor solutions for banking clients.
* Ensure smooth project delivery by aligning client expectations with technical execution.

What You'll Need
* Network: Strong existing relationships with UK/EMEA banking institutions (business and tech/innovation teams).
* Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, account management, or consulting for banking/ fintech, with exposure to AI, data, or SaaS solutions.
* Technical Affinity: Ability to grasp AI concepts and discuss workflows with tech teams (prior experience in fintech or banking IT projects is a plus).
* Communication: Exceptional at simplifying technical details for business audiences and vice versa.
* Remote Collaboration: Comfort working with global teams across time zones.
