We’re on the hunt for a Supervisor to join the opening team at Lennox, Glasgow. This is your chance to be part of something brand new, chef led, energetic and unapologetically bold, from day one.
The Role
Our front of house team plays a fundamental role in delivering a professional and informative service in a fun and exciting atmosphere; we are looking for someone who is confident and bursting with personality.
Key responsibilities
* Maintaining skills and product knowledge,
* Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
* Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
* Work closely with management team to ensure quality customer service and supervise a team with diverse talents and responsibilities
* Maintaining skills and product knowledge on current menus
* Assisting head waiter/waitress on providing excellent customer service.
* Assisting the kitchen team by delivering food to customers with food & wine descriptions
* Strong decision-making capabilities
* Drive the Six by Nico culture
* Key holder responsibilities.
* Available to work evenings and weekends
Preferred Requirements
* At least 1-2 years previous experience in in a similar role
* Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountableBe confident in a busy, high end environment.
