Overall objective and scope:
Office based role working within an enthusiastic team, reporting to the Implementation Supervisor. The role will be providing implementation support to the entire business and contribute to the continued growth and development of our rapidly expanding business. The Team provides crucial internal support for the effective implementation of new schemes and making these new customers feel they are the only customer that matters.
Key Duties and responsibilities:
1. Project manage the on boarding of new customers
2. Work effectively with the Business Development & Account Development Managers and act as an internal contact for new customers during the implementation process
3. Raise and manage contractual agreements internally and externally
4. Uploading signed contractual agreements to Back Office for the business to access when required
5. Set up internal systems as per the customers requirements
6. Manage credit requests with the funders
7. Manage motor insurance setup with broker and accident management company
8. Brand customer and driver portals
9. Set up the required services with external service providers
10. Code changes to employee documentation
11. Update Salesforce with the relevant customer and scheme information with project plans for each customer being updated on a regular basis via Taskray
