Position: Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a portfolio of projects and programs within the organization. This role involves ensuring project completion on time and within budget, acting as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead multiple project activities throughout their lifecycle, ensuring scope, quality, time, and budget adherence.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project managers to plan scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules for new initiatives.
3. Develop and control project deadlines, budgets, and activities.
4. Apply change, risk, and resource management strategies.
5. Resolve scope-related issues and assess program strengths for continuous improvement.
6. Ensure goals related to customer satisfaction and team performance are met.
7. Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
8. Facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions.
9. Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Analyze program risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
* Minimum of 3+ years experience in Project and/or Program Management.
* Experience working in an Agile development environment.
* Experience leading hardware, software, and system development projects.
* Background in automotive or fast-paced technology environments is desirable, especially in electric vehicles.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity and functional safety requirements in the automotive industry is a plus.
Skills
* Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.
* Ability to lead multi-functional global teams and define product and system roadmaps.
* Experience in defining business cases and product cost roadmaps.
* Capability to lead change management projects aligned with customer and company needs.
