Now seeking a Vice President for the EMEA Hotels Advisory division. A permanent position.
Responsibilities:
5. Undertaking valuations and strategic advisory assignments for single assets and cross-border portfolios in the
EMEA region
6. Working both independently and as part of a team depending on the project scale
7. Liaising directly with clients and managing the coordination of assignments from start to finish
8. Undertaking peer reviews of reports prepared by others
9. Managing valuation models and reporting templates
10. Training new starters and mentoring junior team members
11. Taking an active role in the team’s Client Relationship Management activities
12. Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects as required
REQUIRED:
13. Experience in hotel real estate or another trading related property sector
14. F/MRICS qualification, and VRS: with up to five years PQE

15. Good leadership and management skills
16. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills facilitating key client and stakeholder management
17. Ability to be lead on projects and assignments with minimum supervision
18. Excellent analytical skills
19. Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook required
20. A full UK driving licence
21. Ability to travel throughout Europe essential. European language skills desirable
22. Desirable: Experience in Salesforce, VBA coding, data analytics, and/or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
