Our Case Managers work closely with our Clients, and we carry out all the recruitment processes on behalf of our Clients; they will support you from your initial telephone interview right through to arranging employer interviews, trial shifts and placement. If you are successfully recruited, you will be employed directly by our client or their Deputy appointed by the Court of Protection. However, ILS will manage your day-to-day employment, providing you with the support you need to carry out your role.
