Role Description
This is a full-time Payroll Advisor role based on-site in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom. The Payroll Advisor will manage and oversee payroll services, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing while complying with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities include handling payroll administration, ensuring proper payroll tax calculations, coordinating employee benefits, and addressing payroll-related inquiries. The role requires collaboration with team members and providing expert advice on payroll-related matters.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Taxes
* Understanding of Employee Benefits and experience coordinating benefit processes
* Excellent Communication skills with the ability to explain complex payroll concepts clearly
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Proficiency in payroll software and systems
* Knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience in a similar role and working within a team environment
* Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or human resources are a plus
