The role of Quantity Surveyor
Fit Out & Refurbishment will involve:Quantity Surveyor position dealing with fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurantsInterpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotationsNegotiating with sub-contractors and suppliersProducing formal quotations to customers Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlinesKeep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal databaseContact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical informationEstablish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliersWorking on projects ranging in value from £250k to circa £3m The ideal applicant will be an Quantity Surveyor
