JWR is Currently recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef with ambition, drive, and energy, who is experienced working within a fresh food kitchen to join our clients award winning kitchen in the Gloucestershire area.
As Sous Chef will work closely with the Head Chef to reflect the Hotel ethos and produce well balanced, fresh & flavour packed dishes across all menus using the best local produce available.
This a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Sous Chef or highly experienced Junior Sous Chef to join a highly successful company and continue to grow as an individual and progress further in their career.
