The role As a Parks and Grounds Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for maintaining our high-quality open spaces including parks, Highways, play areas and recreational spaces, this will be by undertaking grass cutting, general grounds maintenance and cleansing duties. You will be based at our Leeming Bar Depot. We will also supply you with full PPE for various machines and associated clothing. This is a great established team who are proud to deliver a high standard service across the area. What you will bring All you need is effective interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to delivering a high-quality standard, and the ability to work with others within the team. Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience working in an outdoor environment, but this is not essential as full training will be provided. A clean driving licence is desirable but not essential. When working a weekend day, there is an extra payment of £30 per weekend day worked.
