Key Responsibilities: Accurately carry out setting out and surveying duties using instruments such as Total Station and GPS. Collaborate daily with the Senior Engineer, Site Manager, and subcontractors to maintain progress in line with drawings and specifications. Ensure all site measurement records, as-builts, and technical documents are kept up to date and accurate. Manage site levels and ensure compliance with the design documents to avoid discrepancies. Requirements: A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or related discipline. At least 2 years’ experience in a setting out role, on residential or housing projects in Ireland. Competence in using Total Station, GPS, and related surveying instruments. Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail with the ability to interpret construction drawings confidently. The Package: A strong Site Engineer can expect between €50,000 - €65,000 along with a company vehicle and fuel card.
