Warehouse Operative Location: 7 Balby Carr Bank, Doncaster, DN48DH Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8am-6pm. We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to support the safe and efficient movement, storage, and retrieval of files and boxed items. In this varied role, you'll handle everything from inbound goods and palletising to scanning, logging, and ensuring items are stored securely. You'll also support continuous improvement across the team and, where licensed, operate forklift equipment safely and confidently. What You'll Be Doing Retrieving and re-filing files and boxes in line with agreed SLAs Managing inbound and outbound box movements Palletising, wrapping, logging, booking in and scanning items for accurate stock control Safely storing items within the warehouse racking system Operating forklift equipment safely (training provided if unlicensed) Processing incoming goods accurately and communicating with Logistics Support Supporting team meetings, sharing feedback, and helping drive continual improvement Identifying opportunities to enhance processes and boost efficiency Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and quality standards Carrying out ad‑hoc duties as required by the business This role involves regular manual handling and requires a good level of physical capability.
