Villa Farm is a beautiful four‑beded home set in the stunning Shropshire countryside, offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. Our young people receive the highest quality care and support with all their educational and emotional needs, and are encouraged to engage in their favourite hobbies and interests. We provide educational places in our schools, allowing a more personalised education plan to help them thrive and reach their full potential.

Compensation & Hours
Salary: £35,848 – £38,028 per year (including 10 sleeps per month at £60 per sleep and hourly rate £13.80 – £15.45 depending on qualification). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month – shift pattern 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep ins. Rotas given in advance. 365‑day year.
Essential Requirements
* A minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* A full driving licence issued in the UK
* Applicants must have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
* Values in line with Esland's, such as taking a therapeutic, person‑centred approach to childcare
* Due to industry regulations, applicants must be aged 21 or above
