Responsibilities
* Installing, maintaining, and repairing automated gates and traffic barriers, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Diagnosing faults and providing efficient repairs to ensure safety and operational reliability for clients.
* Delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing issues and solving problems efficiently.
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in industrial automation, mechanical engineering, or related fields (e.g., NVQ or equivalent).
* Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., DHF, ADSA certifications) is a plus.
* Proactive approach to safety and preventative maintenance practices.
* Experience in working with automated gates, barriers, or access control systems.
