Responsibilities
* Working along the New Product Development critical path, trialling new products and meeting a launch deadline.
* Ensure the correct testing is done through the critical path process to meet food safety and legislative requirements and meeting the high quality standards that we deliver.
* Guide other teams who are working on new product development to ensure processes are followed and are efficient.
* Make sure that the ingredients that go into our products are checked against quality and HACCP requirements, raising any concerns and supporting in finding solutions.
* Ensure paperwork and packaging are all to a high standard and meet all of the necessary legislation, customer expectations and internal standards.
Your work as a Process Technologist will help us bring joy to our customers with exceptional food.
Qualifications
* Degree or Equivalent in Food Science is desirable.
* An understanding of food safety and the basic food manufacturing process is essential.
* A solution focused approach.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
