About the Role
Location: University of Warwick Campus, Coventry – Department: Warwick Business School, Sub Department: WBS – Executive Education. Position: Permanent. Salary: £26,707 to £30,378 per annum.
This role sits within the Executive Education Programme Team and focuses on delivering exceptional service and high‑quality administrative support across Warwick Business School’s executive education programmes. You will act as the first point of contact for participants and a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring queries are handled promptly and professionally.
The role involves supporting the administration of programmes and processes, helping to create a seamless experience for senior leaders and client organisations. It is a varied position with opportunities to work across multiple programmes and functions in a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service to participants and stakeholders.
* Act as the first point of contact, handling queries promptly.
* Support the administration of executive education programmes and processes.

* Collate and manage information accurately.
* Communicate confidently and professionally with multiple stakeholders.
