My client is a leading UK specialist in water and wastewater treatment, delivering bespoke solutions to help utilities, commercial, and industrial clients achieve cleaner, more efficient, and environmentally secure operations. We’re looking for a driven and creative Head of Sales to lead our sales function, champion business growth, and strengthen our market position across the water industry.
About the Role (Can be remote for right candidate)
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role suited for a commercially minded individual who thrives on developing new opportunities and driving measurable growth. You will oversee sales across our core portfolio — wastewater treatment systems, MBBR technology, tank builds, hire fleets, and process optimisation solutions — while mentoring a growing sales team.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing a dynamic sales strategy aligned with the clients expansion goals.
2. Building relationships with utilities, consultants, contractors, and industrial clients within the wastewater and clean water sectors.
3. Leading tender submissions, framework negotiations, and partnership opportunities.
4. Identifying new product and service avenues to enhance our clients offering in a competitive market.
